Brown-Forman announced the release date for the newest Old Forester Birthday Bourbon of September 2nd, 2021. It is a mingling of 12 year old barrels bottled at 104 proof. One-hundred and nineteen barrels were used in the batch from Warehouse G. The barrels were filled on April 16th, 2009.
The Jack Daniel Distillery announced the release of Jack Daniel’s 10-Year-old Tennessee Whiskey. This is the brand’s first aged stated whiskey in more than one-hundred years. Availability is limited but will become an annual release for the distillery. It is bottled at 97 proof. Available in August.
Heaven Hill Distillery announced the 15th edition of the annual Parker’s Heritage Collection. This year’s release is an 11-Year-old heavy char wheat whiskey. It is a mingling of 75 barrels from the sixth floor of Rickhouse Y. Bottled at cask strength with limited availablilty starting in September.
